The highest award of the Brotherhood of Aviators is a special badge, which is awarded to employees of the field of civil aviation, whose total length of service at the post is more than 10 years.

These are dedicated, heroic and courageous people who have devoted themselves to serving the ideals of civil aviation:
- these are people who have achieved high results in work, conscientiously and responsibly performing their duties;
- these are people who have shown initiative and professionalism;
- these are people who are worthy mentors for young professionals;
- these are people who have shown themselves exceptionally and heroically in an unsafe situation when performing a duty
