The creation of the IBA began at a time when a number of important issues appeared among the Brotherhood members who realized the need to coordinate common efforts, putting the industry on a qualitatively new path of development. It became necessary to structure the goals and objectives, delegate the powers of each participant on the basis of timely analysis and adjustments in the activities of the Association.

Perspective is the key to success in the development of any organization. The founders of the IBA quickly came to understand that regular discussions and meetings are a significant advantage in working together, giving stable dynamics of development and a long-term positive result.

Thus, the IBA structure is based on the modern international experience of an effective corporate management culture as a system of the highest level of organization management.
